Day 1

Well. end of day 1 and i feel great. i started with a shallow poached egg a piece of wheat toast..then some exercise. after that i had a 1/2 of cereal. in between i had a banana and some pastachios. for supper i had a grilled chicken salad. my eatting habits where great for day 1..
drum roll please. i weighed in this morning at 329 lbs...well...i am at my starting point..nex monday i need to weigh 327 or less. I know this is short but it is late and I am on my phone.

  1. Congrats on finishing the first day. The first thirty days are the hardest but, once they've passed, it sort of becomes a way of life. I'm really looking forward to reading about your success!!
