Well....day three almost under my belt. I am getting anxious for the Monday weigh in. Today was pretty normal. I got home from work at 8 am ish and had some smart start cereal. Then I walked for 30 minutes. I immediately went to sleep after words and woke up at 2:30pm. For lunch I had a small sandwich with smoked venison and a side of banana and plain yogurt. After that I watched tv with my roommate for 20 mins and went up and walked for 45 mins for a total of 3 miles.
I am thinking I need to get a gym membership. I am not sure if I am getting the most out of this video. I am craving the elliptical machine. I think I will burn more calories at the gym and loose my weight faster. So for now I need to research prices and locations. Something I can use here and when i go home would be great. Arghh so complicated. Much love . I am going to bed so I can go to work at 11pm.
