Ok...So if you are confused about my day 1 and day 2 posting on the same day, don't be. I posted for day 1 at 1:30 this morning.
So on to Day 2. So far so good. This morning i woke up and had some coffee and nuts with raisins. I had plans for lunch with my roommate that flew in from New York. I didn't think i needed to eat a large breakfast when I knew I was going to be eating a three course meal for lunch. So for lunch I had steamed mussels with carrots and fennel in a white wine sauce. My entree (i don't think I should have had this) was a grilled hanger steak with house fries. Yikes... and a Bearnaise sauce. For dessert I had a lemon tart with fresh raspberries. So tonight for supper I need to be very good. I think I will have some cereal or a shallow poached egg. I should keep it simple. I also need to do my exercise in before work tonight at 11 pm. So I have a lot to get done before I can even think about sleeping before work.
